You communicate directly with your development team through the tools your business already uses, such as Slack, email, or project-management platforms. Regular updates, meetings, and progress reports keep you informed without requiring you to micromanage the team.
Can we increase/decrease the team?

Who owns the code?
You do. The code, project work, and deliverables created for your project belong to you, subject to the terms of your agreement. You retain control of your product and can continue development with us or another team whenever you choose.
